By accessing or using the AAWAZ platform (website, mobile application, or any related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use our platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use AAWAZ. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
AAWAZ reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

By purchasing a membership, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and keeping it up to date.
Unless you cancel your membership before the end of the current billing period, your membership will automatically renew at the then-current rate. You can manage your subscription and cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings.
Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Generally, memberships are non-refundable once the billing period has begun, except as required by applicable law or as outlined in our Refund Policy.
To access certain features of AAWAZ, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including a valid phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify AAWAZ of any unauthorized access or use of your account. AAWAZ will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions, discounts, or any platform features is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
You may use AAWAZ solely for personal, non-commercial purposes as intended by the platform. This includes browsing partner businesses, availing discounts using your valid membership, and managing your account.
You must not: (a) share, transfer, or sell your membership to third parties; (b) use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the platform; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system; (d) engage in fraudulent activity or misrepresent your identity; (e) interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.
Any content you submit through the platform (such as reviews or messages) must be lawful, respectful, and accurate. You must not post content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
Discounts and offers displayed on AAWAZ are provided by our partner businesses and are subject to their terms and conditions. AAWAZ acts as a facilitator and does not guarantee the availability, quality, or accuracy of any offer.
Partner businesses are independently owned and operated. AAWAZ is not responsible for the products, services, conduct, or actions of any partner business. Any disputes regarding partner services must be resolved directly with the business.
Partner businesses may modify, suspend, or discontinue their offers at any time without prior notice. AAWAZ makes reasonable efforts to keep offer information up to date but does not guarantee real-time accuracy.
All content, features, functionality, trademarks, logos, and design elements on the AAWAZ platform are owned by AAWAZ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
By submitting content to AAWAZ (such as reviews or feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our services. You retain ownership of your content.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us regarding the platform may be used by AAWAZ without any obligation to compensate you. We appreciate user input and use it to improve our services.
AAWAZ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's reliability, availability, or suitability for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AAWAZ and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
In no event shall AAWAZ's total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to AAWAZ in membership fees during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to premium features will cease at the end of your current billing period.
AAWAZ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of AAWAZ shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. The arbitration shall be conducted in India.
Subject to the arbitration clause above, any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in India. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
AAWAZ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on the platform.
For significant changes, we will provide you with notice through the platform, email, or other appropriate means. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Your continued use of the AAWAZ platform after the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the changes. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must discontinue use of the platform.
By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using the AAWAZ platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
